Servicing
Your boiler is the most used appliance in the home and therefore regular maintenance is required. This will maintain the manufactures warranty, keep your boiler running efficiently and safely. Don’t worry if you have a busy life, or if a boiler service is the last thing on your mind, ask our Engineer to add your boiler service to the reminder system so you never miss it.
Every service that is completed go through a comprehensive check where our Gas Safe Engineer will report their findings and recommendations. Water samples of the heating system will ensure the system is well protected and if further care is required.
Repairs
Breakdowns happen when they are least expected and it can be frustrating, but if left can cause further damage to the system. If your boiler or heating system breakdown get in touch so we can investigate and make any necessary repairs. Not all breakdowns are cost effective, your boiler may be 20 years old and need replacing with a new energy-efficient model.
Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12)
All landlords require a Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) to comply with the law. Is yours up for renewal or is it an initial requirement? If so, we can carry out a full assessment of the property to ensure it’s safe for your tenants and provide you with a certificate.
Gas Appliances
If you want to remove or replace your gas fire or if it’s in need of a service we can assist and ensure it is working safely and efficiently. We will also check your Carbon monoxide alarm to make sure it’s working and in date.
